# Plan a launch from budget and feedback

> Bring a budget spreadsheet and customer feedback into Replit, then turn both into a launch plan and roadmap.

export const AiPrompt = ({children}) => {
  return <CodeBlock className="relative block max-w-full overflow-x-hidden font-sans !whitespace-pre-wrap !break-words" style={{
    overflowWrap: "anywhere",
    wordBreak: "break-word"
  }}>
      <div className="pr-7" style={{
    whiteSpace: "pre-wrap",
    overflowWrap: "anywhere",
    wordBreak: "break-word"
  }}>
        {children}
      </div>
    </CodeBlock>;
};

You have a budget. You have customer feedback. You're still figuring out what to launch. Bring
both into one conversation with Replit. Organize the numbers, explore what customers ask for,
then plan a launch based on what you can spend and what customers need.

## Best for

* Founders deciding what to launch next with a fixed budget.
* Product and marketing leads who need a plan grounded in both cost and customer demand.

## Before you start

Have a budget spreadsheet with labeled costs and a source of feedback, such as survey
responses, support tickets, or a Slack channel. [Connect the tool](/chat/integrate-your-tools) that
holds the feedback, or [upload it as a file](/chat/upload-and-use-files).

## Ask Replit

Attach the budget, then ask:

<AiPrompt>
  Organize this budget by category and show how much is left for a launch.
</AiPrompt>

## Keep going

Add the feedback to the same conversation:

<AiPrompt>
  Here is our customer feedback \[file or source]. What are customers asking
  for most often? Group the requests into themes.
</AiPrompt>

<AiPrompt>
  Use the numbers and the feedback to plan the launch. Create a launch plan
  and a product roadmap for the next quarter.
</AiPrompt>

## What to expect

Replit returns three connected results: an organized budget, a report of feedback themes, and
a launch plan. The plan refers to both earlier results, so each recommendation shows its cost
and the customer need behind it. Review the totals against your spreadsheet before you share
the plan.

## Keep creating

<AiPrompt>Turn the launch plan into a presentation for the team.</AiPrompt>

<AiPrompt>
  Create a tracker for the roadmap items, with owners and target dates.
</AiPrompt>

## Troubleshooting

* **The plan ignores part of the budget:** ask Replit to list the budget lines it used and to flag any it left out.
* **Themes are too broad:** ask for the top five themes with example quotes for each.
